SP51: Ferrari’s one-off customization is a mix of modernity and history
The latest exclusive model is based on the 812 GTS: same chassis, front engine, and rear-wheel drive V12 spider.
Another incredible work, after the SP48, from the Special Project Division, brought to life the SP51.
Heavily inspired by the 812 GTS, the first noticeable difference is the convertible top.
This Ferrari collector opting out from having a roof entirely. This is a Spider.

It is a project keeping the volume of the screaming V12 as driving emphasis of this car. Almost as attending an opera and the cabin are two front seats of the theater.
The front-end features a mild tweak from the 812 with a shorter, less angled headlights, and a more aggressive spoiler and front bumper, with a wider carbon piece and grill, distinguishing this unique model from the others.

The forceful front is then continued in the rear end, with the SP51 featuring a lifted carbon looking quad-exhaust system, pushing up higher the rear taillights, which are placed in the middle of two detailed buttresses.
The spoiler, in carbon fiber, flows from the rear to the sides and toward the back end of the rear wheel wells, almost in conjunction, touching the carbon exhausts.
Final touch on wheels, with a diamond-cut symbolizing the meaning of the one-off program, an engagement between Ferrari and the collector.
An homage to the legendary 1955 410S, with the livery featuring large blue and white stripes, and the “Rosso Passionale” paintwork uniquely created for the SP51.
Worn by the 1955 410S, the Blue and White stripes are a tribute to a racing car driven by legends like Juan Manuel Fangio, at the historical Buenos Aires 1000km.
Greater success of Carroll Shelby in the United States is credited to the 410S, seen glorious in many races through 1956. The 410S starred in the 2022 Monterey Car Week.

The stripes are complimented by a three-layer paintwork, named “Rosso Passionale” as the color give the assumption that the car is a tribute to the passion and love for Ferrari and racing.
Detailed interiors are the perfect final touch of this model, with blue and white stitches and the harmony of the red: a synergy with the exteriors.
Carbon Fiber continues to be an enhancing feature of the SP51, wanting to connect in harmony the colors and the details of the exterior, with the interiors.

A synergy working on connecting modernity and history, pleasing the eye with an energetic Rosso Alcantara and the impeccable choice of blue and white stitches.
Indeed, a displaying of the Italian heart and soul of Ferrari, defining the symbiotic relationship between superior engineering and style, class, elegance.
